This is a Wearever fountain pen found at an antique shop. I don't know much about pens, so I'll describe the best I can. The pen barrel is blue with a silver cap. The cap shows some wear but unscrews easily. The barrel and ink mechanism have some discoloration. Unknown if it writes.
