Vintage Pens: Parker 51
Vintage Pens: 0558 Parker 51
Everyone knows the Parker 51 fountain pen made history, but its pencil was no slouch. Our Parker 51 pencil was made in 1948 and features a much rarer click-style lead advance! Better yet, it is in a rarer forest green color. The click advance works well with the .9mm lead that is still loaded in it. The eraser still seems to have a tiny bit of life in it! Filing under: Nobody's Perfect, this pencil was somebody's beloved daily user and shows the appropriate wear for such love and use. Lots of micro scratches on the barrel and click cap. No cracks or dents. One of our last favorite details are the nose cone stripes are all still painted! 13.2cm capped.
