Vintage Pens: Welsh Fountain Pen
Vintage Pens: 2352 Welsh Fountain Pen
Third-Tier pens are all the rage right now, and we have a beauty. It is the Welsh fountain pen. We don't know if it even had a model name, but Sheaffer called its version of the color "Roseglow." It's a reddish pink or a pinkish red straited design. There are no cracks but some moderate wear. The plating is coming off all the metal surfaces. We restored it with a fresh ink sac. The "Veri Smooth" steel nib actually is a smooth medium. Unconventionally for its time, the cap is actually a slip cap! 12.6cm capped.
