Vintage Pens: Pelikan 101N tortoise with red ebonite cap
Filling Mechanism: Piston Filler
Era: 1930-1939
Price: $1280.00

Vintage Pens: : Pelikan: 101N tortoise with red ebonite cap
This is a beautifully kept early version of the 101N tortoise, with hard rubber cap and knob. The logo in the cap top is still with the 4 birds in the nest. Cap is engraved DUMMY - Factice - Simulado - and in fact, this is the reason why the pen and its barrel is in such fantastic conditons - the pen was made for window display only. I managed to diassemble the pen and give the missing piston. so now its a perfectly working Pelikan pen.

Vintage Pens: 0034 Parker Duofold
Filling Mechanism: Button Filler
Era: 1920-1929
Price: $499.99
Vintage Pens: 0034: Parker: Duofold
We think this is quite possibly one of the prototypes for the Parker Duofold Jr. desk pen made c. 1925 or '26. We cannot guarantee it, but the aluminum swivel holder is the main clue, as Parker never mass produced it. It is not marked, and it was most likely custom machined. The hard rubber version of it went into production in 1926. The hard-rubber Parker Duofold Jr. desk pen is in great condition. The imprint is practically perfect, except for fading out on the very far right side. The ink feed is a "Christmas Tree." The 14k nib writes a fine-medium line. The tail is in perfect condition, and there is no brassing on its gold ring. The gold button shows no brassing. The pen base has no chips or cracks that we can see. The felt on the bottom was replaced. The pen holder is a chocolatey brown but in good working order. The spring underneath it still pushes back. This pen has been fully restored and works wonderfully. The pen measures 19cm, and the base measures 15cm X 9cm X 2cm.

Vintage Pens: Mabie Todd (Swan) Unknown
Filling Mechanism: Lever Filler
Era: 1920-1929
Price: $100.00
Vintage Pens: : Mabie Todd (Swan): Unknown
Gold 1920s’ Swan / Mabie Todd fountain pen cap, barrel and NIB need a home. The cap and barrel match with the same pin striping and checker board design. Cap clip reads “Patent Jan. 19, 1915.” Tail end of barrel reads: “Swan Pen” Mabie Todd & Co. New York [next line] Made in U.S.A. Tiny amount of brassing on ball of clip and tail of pen. End caps great on cap and barrel. The lever-filling system in the barrel is in great condition. The only thing missing is the section and inkfeed. The nib reads: Mabie Todd & Co NY 2. I am fairly certain the nib is 14k and the cap and barrel are 14k fill. Price includes uninsured shipping.
