Waterman Edson fountain pens are the pinnacle of the brand's of design and performance. Easily our favorite model of the Waterman line. This one shows a little wear, as you can see when you click the headline font. Nevertheless, it writes very well. The thick grip helps to keep your hand from cramping. The inlaid 14k gold nib writes a very nice medium line. As is pretty normal with these pen boxes, they are having issues. The pen comes with both its inner and outer boxes. It also comes with a converter. 15.1cm capped.

Yep. That Waterford. The Irish Crystal superstars. They began diversifying their product lines in the early 2000s with a luxury line of pens. Ours is a new old stock Waterford Kilbarry. It is one of their larger luxury pen, but it isn't quite oversized by vintage standards. We don't think this one has ever been used. It comes in its original box and plastic wrapper. The nib and converter look uninked. There is no wear on the red enameled guilloched cap or barrel. The nib is a two-tone steel marked medium. 13.2cm capped.

The fine-point nib is made of 18k white gold. Complete with all of its boxes. It has a clip, but we forgot to turn it around in the photo. 14.6cm capped.

SOLD!
Pre-Owned Pens: 1941: Sheaffer: Legacy
Sheaffer brought its PFM and Imperial pens back to life in this retro modern fountain pen. The Sheaffer Legacy is an exciting reintroduction for the TouchDown filling system. Ours is unrestored but in great working order. The cap and barrel are made of metal that gives the pen a bit more presence in your hand. The most remarkable part about this pen is its 18k gold italic nib! Click the headline for a closeup. The nib is more of a true italic with rough edges when you abandon the sweet spot. Great line variation. It is awesome and a good intro for anyone wanting to explore italic writing. 13.8cm capped.

You are in for a great ride, once you find this nib's sweet spot. It goes from extra fine to 1.1 or 1.2mm wide! Nicer still, this pen still looks great as iridescent blue and purple flames seemingly leap out of the red and black mottled celluloid. Click the headline, and you can really see them in the close-up photo. No cracks or serious wear. This pen uses only Sailor-brand cartridges and converters, but it comes with neither. 13.5cm capped.
Pre-Owned Pens: 1882 Sailor 1911 (Early Version)
Filling Mechanism: Cartridge/Converter
Era: 1980-present
Price: $175.00
Pre-Owned Pens: 1882: Sailor: 1911 (Early Version)
Ahoy! Thar be an er-lie Sailor 1911 model fountain pen that looks a bit like the Professional Gear pens...but is really just the original version of the 1911 model. About the same size as a Mont Blanc 146, this eye-catching preowned pen is a little lighter than true navy blue and has gold trim. It uses only Sailor brand cartridges and converters but comes with neither. A close look reveals that it was a daily user, but there are no cracks or egregiously deep scratches. The acrylic anchor button on top of the cap seems a little soft and "fuzzy." Its 21k gold nib writes a surprisingly wet, medium line with a bit of feedback on reverse down strokes. Click the headline and the nib close up looks more like an extra-fine, but it definitely doesn't write that way. 14cm capped.
