Pre-Owned Pens: 1888 Cross Matrix
Filling Mechanism: Cartridge/Converter
Era: 1980-present
Price: $19.99
Pre-Owned Pens: 1888: Cross: Matrix
Multi-pen users are in luck. This Cross Matrix pen is a 4-in-1 combo. On one end you have a fountain pen and stylus. On the other end are two ballpoint pen refills (red and blue). It comes complete with its original box display. We gave the fountain pen a good sonic cleaning. The steel nib is listed as a medium and writes really wet medium. It only uses Cross cartridges. Flip the fountain pen side over and you have a stylus for your digital devices. The other end of the pen twists either way to reveal micro refills for red and blue ink. Both are writing, but we have no idea how much ink remains. This pen is in great shape, but unfortunately the fountain pen grip is really sticky with the rubberized grip. We've washed it with soap and water, but it is still sticky. 15.2cm capped.

Created in 1996, it is a classic oversized lever-filler. We have fully restored it with a new ink sac. It is in near mint condition. Best of all, it writes with a buttery smooth, two-tone 18k gold nib. It lays down a confidently wet medium line. Did we mention is was incredibly smooth! Yeah, sure. It is museum quality pristine...but how can you resist writing with it? Complete with inner and outer boxes, it no longer has its original ink bottle. Light, wide and 14.7cm capped.

Era: 1980-present
Price: $299.99
SOLD!
Pre-Owned Pens: 1798: Delta: Indigenous People--Inuit
Delta celebrated the native cultures of the world with its Indigenous People series. This is the company's tribute to the Inuit, who spanned the arctic in Russia, Canada and Greenland. The Delta Indigenous People Inuit came out in 2003. Ours has a resin cap and barrel with vermeil accents. The ink sac has been replaced, as it is a rare modern lever filler. The 18k gold nib started as a medium, but it has been refashioned into a 1mm italic cursive writer! It has some delicious line variation for that size. No cracks. Excellent condition, with a little ink staining inside the cap. Numbered 0429 of 1576. Complete with papers, box and nearly full bottle of ink. The book has an error in which the space for company photos of the Inuit pen includes duplicate images from the "Native Americans" section. 14.2cm capped.
