Era: 1980-present
Price: $49.99
Pre-Owned Pens: 2028: Zeppelin: Ballpoint
Oh, the humanity! What German company in its right mind would name itself Zeppelin? Fortunately, these pens don't come loaded with hydrogen and static electricity. It is actually a rather elegant and nicely weighted ballpoint pen that is plated in silver. As a daily user, it is rife with light scratches, but there are no dents or deep scars. It uses Parker-style refills that advance and retract with a twist of the tail. The refill writes well. 14.7cm capped.

Do you love Waterford crystal? Well, that legendary Irish company spread into luxury writing instruments with this sterling silver-plated ballpoint pen they called the Waterford Lismore. The grip is fashioned just like the pattern on their Lismore crystal glasses, vases, etc. This pen was someone's daily writer, and it shows the moderate wear of many light scratches but no dents or deep scarring scratches. The ballpoint refill extends and retracts with a twist of the tail cap and works well. 13.7cm capped.
Pre-Owned Pens: 2034 Waterman Laureat
Filling Mechanism: Cartridge/Converter
Era: 1980-present
Price: $69.99
SOLD!
Pre-Owned Pens: 2034: Waterman: Laureat
Electric blue and black shapes shoot through this incredibly handsome Waterman Laureat pen set. Complete with a fountain pen and ballpoint pen, this set shows almost no wear. Only the fountain pen has just a couple tiny little marks. The ballpoint is loaded with with a working refill, but we have no idea how full it is. The fountain pen uses standard international cartridges, and it somes with its original converter. The golden alloy nib writes a fine line with a delicate scratch to it. It isn't an overwhelming scratch. This is the type of scratch that people who love scratchy nibs love...a sense of feedback that doesn't effect the writing quality. Complete with box and papers.
Pre-Owned Pens: 2022 Lamy Dialog 2
Filling Mechanism: Rollerball
Era: 1980-present
Price: $59.99
Pre-Owned Pens: 2022: Lamy: Dialog 2
Lamy's engineers got clever with the Lamy Dialog 2. As a reminder not to put the pen in your breast pocket when the writing tip is exposed, the pocket clip folds into the pen when the refill is engaged with a twist of the tail cap. When the pen is safe to put in your pocket with the refill retracted, the clip pops out for easy access. Traces of wear exist on the brushed steel design, but the pen is far from beat-up looking. We will include a fresh refill with your purchase. Includes cool original box. 14.5cm capped.
Pre-Owned Pens: 2021 Marlen Collezione Vite
Filling Mechanism: Rollerball
Era: 1980-present
Price: $125.00
Pre-Owned Pens: 2021: Marlen: Collezione Vite
The Italian artisans of Marlen created a stunning celluloid that emulates a stunning blue and white-pearl quartz pattern. The Marlen Collezione Vite is a true work of art that also can be used to write. It uses a Retro 51 rollerball refill, but unfortunately this one is bone dry. There are no cracks and minimal wear on the pen. Overall, this pen is fairly short and fat, but the section grip is more of a medium size. The only potential flaw is a bit of staining in the imprint on top of the cap. 13cm capped.
Pre-Owned Pens: 2018 Rotring 600 Trio
Filling Mechanism: Ballpoint
Era: 1980-present
Price: $199.99
Pre-Owned Pens: 2018: Rotring: 600 Trio
Perhaps the most popular multi-purpose writing instrument in history is the Rotring 600 Trio. Created by genius German engineers and post-modern designers, this steel writing instrument features two ballpoint refills and a .7mm pencil! At the top of the hexagonal barrel are a red dot, blue dot and "0.7." Rotate the pen until the refill you want is listed on top and then click the tail. To retract that writing implement, twist the pen just below the clicker. All three refills appear to be working, but we don't know how long any will last. 14.9cm.
