Pre-Owned Pens: 2038 Parker Ingenuity Limited Edition Dragon
Filling Mechanism: Marker
Era: 1980-present
Price: $249.99
Pre-Owned Pens: 2038: Parker: Ingenuity Limited Edition Dragon
Parker scored a huge hit a few years back when it released the Parker Ingenuity, proving they knew exactly what the general pen-buying public wanted. They wanted something that looked unique, luxurious modern and classic...a new twist on a fountain pen without all the work of a fountain pen. This limited edition Parker Ingenuity Dragon pen uses an inert golden nib to conceal a felt-tipped marker refill just underneath it. No mess, no ink bottles and eye-catching tribute to the Year of the Dragon. Our pen is in like-new condition complete with its original box and papers! The outer box has a little wear but nothing very drastic. 14cm capped.
Pre-Owned Pens: 2007 Recife Depose
Filling Mechanism: Cartridge/Converter
Era: 1980-present
Price: $49.99
Pre-Owned Pens: 2007: Recife: Depose
Big, bold and modern. That's the best way to describe the Recife Depose. It is all about contrasts from its black rubber cap and barrel to its shining metal accents. Two colors comprise the steel nib that writes a surprisingly smooth fine-medium line. The pen likely uses standard international cartridges or converters, but it comes with neither...so we aren't 100% certain. 15.3cm capped.
Pre-Owned Pens: 1966 Waterford Kilbarry
Filling Mechanism: Cartridge/Converter
Era: 1980-present
Price: $79.99
Pre-Owned Pens: 1966: Waterford: Kilbarry
Sleek and translucent, this sapphire-blue Waterford Kilbarry is a striking fountain pen to behold. Its wider section and commanding presence make it easier for people with big hands to hold it as well as less painful for people whose hands cramp easily while writing! It was a daily writer and shows light to moderate wear, accordingly. However, there are no cracks, engravings or deep scars on the pen. Thanks to the EU, this is an Irish pen with a two-tone steel German nib. The nib is marked medium and sings a bit as it writes a reasonably smooth line, as marked. It uses standard international cartridges and converters, but it comes with neither. 13.5cm capped.
Pre-Owned Pens: 1984 Namiki Pilot Super 80
Filling Mechanism: _Other
Era: 1980-present
Price: $85.00
Pre-Owned Pens: 1984: Namiki Pilot: Super 80
Nobody knows extra-fine nibs like the Pilot brand! This rare Pilot Super 80 has an extra-fine nib that will satisfy your most razor-sharp writing jones. Under the heading of NOBODY'S PERFECT: The filling mechanism on this pen seems to be needing some help. It has one of this odd little flip fillers Pilot used for a couple years, and it isn't filling. We aren't Pilot experts and aren't sure how to fix it without damaging it. The cap is nearly perfect with only a couple tiny scratches and no dents. The barrel shows a little more wear, but it isn't bad. Strong imprint. 13.2cm capped.
Pre-Owned Pens: 1967 Waterford Kilbarry Edge
Filling Mechanism: Cartridge/Converter
Era: 1980-present
Price: $99.99
Pre-Owned Pens: 1967: Waterford: Kilbarry Edge
Ireland's purveyors of fine crystal showcase their dangerous side with the Waterford Kilbarry Edge! Instead of dressing this Kilbarry with guiloche and enamel, they created a black pen with an etched checker-board design. Our preowned pen was used lightly and in excellent condition. The two-tone steel nib writes a smooth, wet medium line, as is marked. However, some folks might argue it is closer to broad. It comes with a standard international converter. 13.2cm capped.
Pre-Owned Pens: 1552 Sheaffer Valor
Filling Mechanism: Cartridge/Converter
Era: 1980-present
Price: $299.99
Pre-Owned Pens: 1552: Sheaffer: Valor
Subtle sepia clouds of copper swirl through the polished celluloid finish of this high-end Sheaffer Valor fountain pen. Although it had a short production run, it was the flagship pen of Sheaffer for a season or two in the 2000s. Ours comes with its laquered box, papers, converter and a few ink cartridges. If it was used, it was only used once or twice. The inlaid 14k gold nib writes a buttery smooth medium line. As it is the only Sheaffer pen that we are aware of that was made in Italy, we wonder if Stipula or Montegrappa lent them a hand with this incredible celluloid. 15cm capped.
