Vintage Pens: John Holland Fine No. 7
Vintage Pens: 4709 John Holland Fine No. 7
Fountain Pen Nib Size: SF
Victorian/Edwardian dip pen fans will continue to gush over this red mottled hard rubber No. 7 by John Holland. It is a dynamite hard rubber pen with no cracks. You can see some dark ink staining on one end, but the rest of the vintage pen is pretty amazing. Its huge 14k gold nib is marked "fine," and it has a little flex but it isn't a wet noodle. It has a little feedback as most of these dip nibs do, but it is a treasure for sure. The tail taper is also the cap of the pen. Great for attempting Spencerian script or display. 9.2cm closed.
