Pre-Owned Pens: 3144: Pelikan: 805
Make the most of your Pelikan writing experience with a black-and-platinum plated Pelikan 805! Our reverse trim wonder is a great way to experience Germany's best penmaker. Despite some light wear from use, it is in excellent working order. The piston tail-filler operates smoothly. Plus, we flushed the old ink from the pen. And then there is the matter of its two-tone 18c gold nib! It is divine! It delivers the smooth, wet medium splendor we come to expect from Pelikan. No cracks or deep scratches. As the larger sized (but not largest) Pelikan, it is great for bigger hands or hands that cramp easily with skinny pens. The cap logo is of a mama pelican and a single chick. 14.1cm capped.

Era: 1980-present
Price: $99.99
Pre-Owned Pens: 3121: Pelikan: 200?
We get lost in the Pelikan numbering system from time to time and aren't really sure what this one counts as. It looks like a Pelikan 120, except that it doesn't have rounded ends. It looks like earlier Pelikan 200s, except it has the coloring of a 120. What do we really care about? It is in good working order, and its golden steel nib is an oblique or stub nib! Click the headline for a close up. A little wear can be found, but it is really clean looking overall. The imprint on the cap has a mama pelican with 2 chicks. 12cm capped.
Vintage Pens: 3123 Pelikan 100
Filling Mechanism: Piston Filler
Era: 1950-1959
Price: $289.99
Vintage Pens: 3123: Pelikan: 100
Pelikan 100 pens are great vintage pens from before and after the second world war. This one is fully restored with a fresh piston seal. The tail twist knob is smooth, without gripping stripes. The pen has some wear, the worst of which is heavy brassing on the clip and almost complete brassing on the cap bands. Its 14k gold nib writes a smooth extra-fine line with a little flex. Click the headline for a close-up. It's imprint on the top of the cap is almost completely faded. 11.5cm capped.
Pre-Owned Pens: 3120 Pelikan Rollerball
Filling Mechanism: Rollerball
Era: 1980-present
Price: $89.99
Pre-Owned Pens: 3120: Pelikan: Rollerball
Reminding us of the Northern Lights over Montana, the shimmering green barrel of this Pelikan rollerball pen takes our breath away. To us, it looks like a much older Pelikan pen, but it is marked Germany, instead of W. Germany, and it refills with modern Schmidt 888-style refills. It is a nice pen that is about average size or a tad smaller. On the flat cap top piece are a mama and 2 pelican chicks in a golden color. Light wear with no dramatic scratches or any cracks. 12.5cm capped.
Vintage Pens: 3124 Pelikan 100
Filling Mechanism: Piston Filler
Era: 1930-1939
Price: $349.99
Vintage Pens: 3124: Pelikan: 100
Okay. So we got the original description a little wrong. The nib and box are not accurate for the pen...although everything fits! The pen might be from the late 1940s or 1950s. The pencil might be older, as it is marked "D.R.P." We are selling it on behalf of a fairly well-known Pelikan restoration master. The pen's piston seal has been replaced and it works well. We'd say there was moderate wear on the pen. It can't hide its scratches. You can see a little gap where the cap falls just short of the green sleeve on the pen. Fractals are visible but not leaking in the green ink view window. Its 14c gold nib writes an extra-fine semi-flex line with a little feedback. Although the pen has no "D.R.P" marks that we could find, the pencil does. It is a great working click pencil! Pen measures 11.8cm capped.

Paying tribute to its original coral-colored Pelikan 101N, Pelikan made a modern limited run of this new Pelikan GS N101. Stunning is the best way to describe this handsome little pen in real life. New Old Stock, this pen has never seen ink. The piston filler works smoothly, and our pre-owned luxury pen comes complete with its original boxes and papers. The 14k gold nib is marked fine, and we'll take its word for it, so you can be the first to ink this pen. Click the headline for a closeup. Pre-Owned Pens: 2617: Pelikan: 800 Souverän
Are you familiar with the discussion about Pelikan "P/F" nibs? Pelikan 800 pens with P/F nibs are hot commodities right now. No one is 100% sure why these divided letters in an oval are imprinted on only a handful of Pelikan nibs. The most reasonable explanation we've heard had something to do with French tax laws. Anyhow, what people are really debating is whether these nibs are more flexi than other Pelikan nibs without the added letters. Click the headline, and you'll see the imprint on the bottom left of this two-tone 18k gold nib. To us it writes like a normal beautiful medium Pelikan 800 nib, but we see where some people might think there is a teeny, tiny amount of flex. The piston works perfectly smoothly, and the barrel looks great. The cap is crack free, but it has a couple scuffs and a name engraved on it. The company logo is a golden pelican with two babies on a black background. 14.1cm capped.
