Vintage Pens: Esterbrook J-2668
Vintage Pens: 1910 Esterbrook J-2668
America learned to write using Esterbrook fountain pens. They were among the most popular due to their incredible colors and interchangeable nibs...and affordable price tag. Our black Esterbrook J model is the largest of the Esterbrooks of the 1950s. It comes with a steel 2668 nib, which writes a very nice fine line. It was advertised as an upgrade nib for "general writing." Click the headline to see the scuff marks on top of the nib, which don't effect its writing. The cap and barrel are worn but free of cracks. Black plastic jewels intact. Fully restored with a fresh ink sac. 12.8cm capped.
