Allegory Pens got its start in 2011 in the suburbs of Chicago. This company specializes in writing instruments and leather goods with an interesting back story. All of its pens are made from woods with a unique history, such as the teak decking on the deck of the U.S.S. North Carolina. Other woods come from old barns or ancient peat bogs.
