Customer satisfaction is our top priority at ThePenMarket.com, and we will do whatever it takes to make you happy with your purchase. To that effect we have a three-tier guarantee:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, return it via insured U.S. Mail within 10 days of receiving it, and you will be refunded the full price of the pen.
If you discover any problems we might have missed within the first 30 days of receiving your pen, let us know and we’ll do what we can to fix it.
All new pens are returnable for a full refund within the first 10 days of receiving it if it is unused/unfilled, returned via insured U.S. Mail, and returned with its original boxes and packaging (i.e. the factory box, not the mailer with which we shipped it to you). If it is discovered that the pen has been used - it will be returned to you without a refund.
We are authorized dealers for every brand of new pen we carry. All new pens purchased from ThePenMarket.com are covered for defects and malfunctions by the manufacturer’s warrantee. Any of those pens in need of repair should be sent directly to its manufacturer. We can provide the manufacturer’s phone number and repair address if you don’t already have it.
ThePenMarket.com is not responsible for any transactions made via our Trading Post. We do not see, possess or speak for the quality of those pens.
However, should you have any difficulty with any pen dealer, we will do our best to mediate the situation. We go to great lengths to maintain the integrity of the Trading Post to protect its reputation as a dependable market place for writing instrument enthusiasts.
