Vintage Pens: 1947 Waterman C/F Set
Filling Mechanism: Cartridge/Converter
Era: 1950-1959
Price: $39.99
Vintage Pens: 1947: Waterman: C/F Set
Waterman hit the market in 1955 with the first modern-era plastic cartridge pen. It was called the Waterman C/F (Cartridge Fill). This is a complete Waterman C/F pen and pencil set still in its box. The pencil advances lead with a twist of its tail, but it needs pressure to help retract the lead. It features some light wear. The vintage pen's cap and barrel also show wear from use. The most noticeable wear is near the nib where gold-plated trim on either side shows heavy brassing. The original 14k gold nib writes a buttery smooth medium line! The only problem is that these pens do not take modern Waterman cartridges or converters. You will have to find an old one that still fits that you can refill fill a syringe. Made in Canada. Pen measures 13.5cm capped.

Vintage Pens: 1939: Waterman: 100 Year Pen
Waterman's Hundred Pen was predicted to last 100 years! Sadly, most of these beautiful pens did not last long. The celluloid tops and bottoms began to kraze. Our pen is a junior size that is remarkably well preserved! We have not touched the red celluloid and doubt the last owner did. In the photo, you can see a tiny chip missing near the pocket clip bolt. If you turn the cap around, you can see only a hint where the rest of the cap meets the red that a bit of krazing might be starting...or might have started and arrested years ago. There are some scratches and a little wear but not bad. The lip of the cap looks as if it has a crack, but we don't feel it when running the lip over a thumbnail. We restored the pen with a new ink sac. Its original 14k gold nib writes a firm fine line. Technically, the nib has flex, but it doesn't write like it. It will take a lot of training to make it flexi. Click the headline for photos. 11.9cm capped.
Vintage Pens: 1904 Waterman 512
Filling Mechanism: Lever Filler
Era: 1940-1949
Price: $69.99
Vintage Pens: 1904: Waterman: 512
Click the headline photo and look very closely. Our Canadian Waterman 512 appears to be a very dark burgundy. Look at how the section is a true black. The pen looks black in most lights, but this close up shows a different story. We have fully restored this pen with a new ink sac. The lever box is in good condition, and there are no cracks anywhere on the pen. The imprint is strong. Unfortunately, you can also see a lot of wear on the pen. There is a ring where the cap had been repeatedly posted. A few little scratches and blemishes also mar the pen's handsome features. Luckily, its heart and soul are sound. The original 14k gold nib writes a firm but smooth fine line. Zero Flex. 12.9cm capped.
Vintage Pens: 1890 Waterman Desk Pen
Filling Mechanism: Lever Filler
Era: 1920-1929
Price: $75.00
Vintage Pens: 1890: Waterman: Desk Pen
Everyone's got an empty base with no pen, but we've got the rare Waterman Desk Pen with no base! Restored with a new ink sac, this Waterman desk pen features a black hard rubber taper and exceptionally large section. The barrel is a black and pearl with some discoloration. Polish took out the worst of the chocolate hazing. There are remarkably few scratches or marks of wear. No cracks! The imprint is strong, and it lists the pen as made in Canada. The 14k gold nib is marked "Med. Rigid." It is definitely rigid, and more of a fine to fine-medium. Click the headline to see more. 20cm capped.
Pre-Owned Pens: 1779 Waterman Carene
Filling Mechanism: .5mm)
Era: 1980-present
Price: $69.99
Pre-Owned Pens: 1779: Waterman: Carene
Waterman really classes up the Carene line with a sterling silver-plated cap. Pinstripe grooves, golden trim and a brass barrel foundation give this .5mm a lot to work with. Twist the tail cap to advance the lead. In great working order, it is just a solid instrument that makes math, crosswords, sudoku and writing a lot more fun. It was a user, but there are no dents. Some light scratches and wear, but most people would be pretty hard pressed to see it at arm's length. 14cm.

Pre-Owned Pens: 1615 Waterman Edson
Filling Mechanism: Ballpoint
Era: 1980-present
Price: $399.99
Pre-Owned Pens: 1615: Waterman: Edson
It is difficult not to love these large, elegant, handsome Waterman Edson ballpoint pens. This blue Edson with golden trim is stunning. It has a little wear here and there but it is in good working order and looks great. The weight of these pens really helps to stabilize the ballpoint refill and give it a little momentum as it writes. However, it isn't so heavy that it wears you out as soon as you start writing. Ours comes with its blue leather case that is starting to crack and crumble on the outside, its white outer box, papers and slip cover box! 14.6cm.
Pre-Owned Pens: 1614 Waterman Edson
Filling Mechanism: Ballpoint
Era: 1980-present
Price: $399.99
Pre-Owned Pens: 1614: Waterman: Edson
This ruby Waterman Edson ballpoint runs a gorgeous deep blood red. No dents! No cracks! It is in great working condition and comes with its crackling blue leather case, it's white cardboard box with papers and its thinner slip case box! There are no scratches on the incredible ruby-red finish, but the metal components do have lots of tiny little micro scratches. It isn't noticeable until it is right in front of your face, but they are there. You really can't see them at arm's length. The refill is in good working order, but we have no idea how much ink remains. 14.6cm.
