It looks close to good as new and it is a heckofa nice ballpoint. This vintage pen is a French-made Parker. Its entire cap clicks to advance and retract the working black Parker refill. Its only flaw is a 2mm black speck to the right of the pocket clip. The cap topper has the dinner plate design. 12.6cm.
