Nicolaus Copernicus dealt the greatest blow to the ego of humanity when he discovered that the planets revolved around the sun and that the sun did not revolve around us. Of course the upshot was a more reliable calendar and vast improvements to scientific inquiry that make the world far more livable today than in the late 1400s and early 1500s. Mont Blanc pays tribute to him with this exquisite 2003 limited Edition Patron of the Arts fountain pen. Click the headline font to see one of MB's best nib designs in its history. Complete with all of its boxes and papers, all of the numbers on each matches. The filler moves smoothly, and we think this pen has only been used once or twice. Sterling silver trim makes the pen look like an early telescope. We love the mother-of-pearl Mont Blanc logo. 14cm capped.
