Pens and Ephemera
Pre-Owned Pens: 1847 Krone Liquid Red Fury
Filling Mechanism: Cartridge/Converter
Using techniques perfected by Fabregé, Krone made a stunning skeletal structure of sterling silver for its Liquid Red Fury fountain pen. This luxury pen is made from a thick chunk of silver. At its foundation is a precisely engraved guilloché pattern into the silver. It dazzles under a ruby-red enamel. Numbered 80 of 888, it is a work of art that comes with its original box but not papers. The 18k gold nib is marked fine, but it writes more like a medium. Pre-Owned Pens: 2860 Krone Ivory
Filling Mechanism: Rollerball
Silver trim on a beautiful ivory celluloid makes for a head-turning combination. There are so many subtle layers to the cap and barrel, you'll have fun getting lost in them. The pen has a nice girth and weight, which helps it roll along quite smoothly. We aren't sure what the model name for this Krone rollerball pen is. But a rose by any other name would smell just as sweet. Unscrew the blind cap in the tail to reveal the standard rollerball cartridge. We include a new one with the pen. 14cm capped.
