Era: 1980-present
Price: $299.99
Pre-Owned Pens: 4883: Aurora: Afrika
In the early 2000s, Aurora paid tribute to several continents in the form of limited edition pens. You are looking at the Aurora Afrika rollerball pen. We love the subtly glittering sunshine yellow-orange with black veins. There's an onyx top jewel and a great barrel imprint. The preowned pen looks brand new, and it comes with a working blue Pilot G2 refill! Yes! You could use a boring standard rollerball refill or these also accept the G2, which is loved by most. Complete with boxes and papers. 13cm capped.
Vintage Pens: 4909 Sheaffer Balance Set
Filling Mechanism: Lever Filler
Era: 1930-1939   Fountain Pen Nib Size: XF
Price: $299.99
Vintage Pens: 4909: Sheaffer: Balance Set
Grey striations really pop on this oversized Sheaffer Balance Lifetime Set. The vintage pen is fully restored with a new ink sac, and it is in excellent cosmetic condition. No cracks. No deep scratches. Minimal brassing only on the lever. Light wear on the clip and pen. Nice deep imprints. You'll write a smooth, extra-fine line with its 14k gold nib. Click the headline to better see that this is an earlier Lifetime nib with no serial number. Earlier feed, too! Its matching oversized pencil works great, but it does sport more wear and brassing on the clip band. The lead advances and retracts its 1.1mm lead easily, but we can't pull the tail cap off the pencil. As the leads feed through the nose cone, you can write with the pencil and refill it easily.
Pre-Owned Pens: 4857 Omas Milord
Filling Mechanism: Rollerball
Era: 1980-present
Price: $399.99
Pre-Owned Pens: 4857: Omas: Milord
Omas calls this pen a Milord, but it is at least as thick, if not as long as a Paragon. That not withstanding, this is a special edition Omas Milord Ebony Wood. The wood is dark, rich and warm, almost black. The section grip and trim are sterling silver. It comes with a working blue 8126 refill. It also comes with its original boxes and papers. If this pen was used, it was used very gently and sparingly. There might be hints of tarnish on the corners of the cap band, but we didn't want to accidentally polish off the tarnish-resisting agents used by Omas. 14.5cm capped.
Vintage Pens: 4908 Parker Duofold
Filling Mechanism: Button Filler
Era: 1920-1929   Fountain Pen Nib Size: XF
Price: $299.99
Vintage Pens: 4908: Parker: Duofold
Experience the beauty and wonder of a streamlined Parker Duofold Jr. set in jade green. This vintage pen is fully restored with a new ink sac. You can see in the photo that the pen's barrel is more discolored than its cap and that the pencil's green is perfect. There are neither cracks nor significant wear on either writing instrument. The ball on the clip of the pen has a little brassing. You will write a smooth, extra-fine line with a hint of feedback with the original 14k gold nib. Under the nib is a Christmas tree inkfeed. The pencil is in good working order, too.
Pencil: 4907 Parker Duofold
Filling Mechanism: Pencil
Era: 1920-1929
Price: $199.99
Pencil: 4907: Parker: Duofold
Mandarin yellow Parker Duofold pens get all the credit for being rare and sought after, but the matching pencils are even rarer...especially the streamlined models, such as this one. Our junior-sized pencil is in good working order, showing only light wear from use. No brassing and a good imprint on the tail cap. Carefully remove the tail cap to reveal an original hardened eraser and spare 1.1mm leads underneath it! Make math and crosswords fun again with this amazing vintage pencil. 12.1cm.
Pre-Owned Pens: 4891 Omas 360
Filling Mechanism: Rollerball
Era: 1980-present
Price: $299.99
Pre-Owned Pens: 4891: Omas: 360
Omas 360 pens tap into a grace and elegance in art deco pen design while also remaining ergonomically comfortable. It is such a shame that the Omas pen company is no longer in existence today. This pen has been someone's well-loved daily driver. We polished out some wear and tarnish, and the pen looks good at writing distance. However, a close inspection still shows wear. Yet, one stroke with this pen and you will see why it was someone's favorite pen. We include a brand new Schmidt 8126 Long refill. Pen comes complete with its original boxes and papers! 15cm capped.
Vintage Pens: 4905 Waterman 45
Filling Mechanism: Safety)
Era: 1910-1919   Fountain Pen Nib Size: SF
Price: $499.99
Vintage Pens: 4905: Waterman: 45
You can write if you want to, if you don't no body will. But if your friends don't write, then somethin' ain't right, and they're no friends of mine. It's the safety pen. It's the safety pen. I bet the '80s group Men Without Hats never thought they'd inspire a vintage Waterman parody. It's weirdest intro we could do for this grail pen: the Waterman 45 Safety Filler! We were excited to get our hands on this vintage pen classic. Its hard rubber has only mild signs of chocolate hazing, and its insides are cleaned and moving smoothly. We are reasonably certain this pen is not water-tight, but it is an excellent example of this truly rare pen and worthy of a museum. Its cap has a silver clip and excellent chasing. The barrel still shows light chasing and imprints that are legible, but the chasing is not nearly as deep as it is on the cap. Its 14k gold nib is not marked 5 but it looks like a 5. You will write a smooth semi-flex line with it from extra-fine to just about 1mm. 13.4cm capped.
Vintage Pens: 4904 Sheaffer Demonstrator
Filling Mechanism: Lever Filler
Era: 1920-1929   Fountain Pen Nib Size: M
Price: $499.99
Vintage Pens: 4904: Sheaffer: Demonstrator
Sheaffer Demonstrator pens from the 1920s and '30s turn up so rarely, this might be your one chance in a lifetime to get this pen. You can see the cut outs made into the barrel of this rare vintage pen. Sheaffer Dealers and pen reps would have these pens to showcase how a Sheaffer pen works on the inside. You can see this pen has been fully restored with a new ink sac. It is great to see this pen working through the filling and recapping cycles. The trim shows a little brassing, and there is some light wear on this pen. You will write a medium line with its 14k gold Lifetime nib. It has an early 1930s inkfeed.
