$125.00Pastel blue is about as spring-y as they come from the fresh clear sky to robin's eggs. We restored this very attractive Sheaffer Statesman with a new O-ring, point seal and ink sac. There is a touch of light wear, but this pen looks pretty amazing. You will find it writes even better. Made of palladium, this "Triumph" nib writes a smooth medium to fine-medium line. 14.2cm capped.

XFPrice:
$49.99Hold on to your hats, if you love buttery smooth extra-fine nibs! Our Sheaffer Lifetime pen might be a smaller junior-sized vintage pen, but its two-tone 14k gold nib really has what it takes. We restored it with a new ink sac. Solid for now, this pen shows the early warning signs of some possible krazing forming in the cap. Heavy brassing. You might not make it a museum piece, but it will be a helluva daily writer. 11.3cm capped.

FLEXIPrice:
$599.99OMG! Click the headline and marvel at a genuine modern flexi fountain pen: the Montegrappa Nazionale Flex. Italian craftsman are no strangers to premium luxury fountain pens, but holy cats! This is a genuine masterpiece for writers who love lux and flex. We believe this is the "cinnamon" model. The red is tinged with black like a vintage pen's "woodgrain" design. Its trim is sterling silver. You fill the pen with an internal piston. The tail nob feels like it has little speed bumbs, but about 15 turns counterclockwise winds the piston down and 15 twists to the right sucks up water or ink. This pen was gently used and still looks new. You won't ever want another pen after writing with its 14k gold nib that flex from a juicy fine to 1mm wide. 13.5cm capped. Complete with boxes and papers.

$125.00Artistic doesn't always work for product photos, but we like the crisp Eversharp in the clip of this black Eversharp Skyline with a gold-filled cap. We restored this vintage pen with a new ink sac. The cap is dent-free, but the barrel shows some wear from use. Most remarkable is the 14k gold nib. It is a fat, juicy writer that goes from about a medium to an incredible 2mm wide! It is not a wet noodle, but if you go easy on its semi-flex nature with patience, it will deliver great results. This is the short version of the pen at 12.5cm capped. Click the headline for close-ups.

$299.99It would appear that our Montegrappa Nerouno Duetto fountain pen is New Old Stock. No trace of wear or ink usage. We like the texture of the uniquely cut black-celluloid barrel and silvery cap. This preowned luxury pen comes with its original boxes and booklet. Its 18k gold nib has a really unique pattern and is marked M for a medium point. Click the headline for a close-up. A great pen design from one of Italy's very best pen makers. 14cm capped.

$149.99Far from being the rarest of Eversharp Skylines, this bandless cap version is definintely uncommon. Happily enough, the cap on this vintage pen is crack free, but it does look as if it had a brush with a lit cigarette on the back of the cap. Unfortunately there's a 2"-crack leading out of the point of the tail of the green barrel. We restored the pen with a new ink sac. The tail crack seems very stable. You will write a smooth medium to medium-broad line with its 14k gold nib. Click the headline for close-ups. 13.3cm capped.

$99.99If you think the Eversharp Skyline fountain pen design looks like the streamlined steam engine for the 20th Century Limited, you'd be right! Wahl-Eversharp hired Henry Dreyfuss to design the Skyline...after he designed the train! One of the most popular fountain pens of the 1940s, these vintage pens are a real treat. Ours is fully restored with a new ink sac. The gold-filled cap looks pretty sharp without any dents or serious scratches, but the burgundy pen barrel has a lot of scuffing just below the lever in the photo (though you may not see it in the photo). You will write a slightly dry fine to fine-medium line with its 14k gold nib. Click the headline for close-ups. Standard sized model. 13.2cm capped.

BPrice:
$199.99Fans of Sailor pens know that ZOOM nibs are a special treat, and we are happy to report that this standard-size Sailor 1911 has a Zoom nib! For the uninitiated, the Zoom nib is a 14k gold broad nib. In the world of Japanese nibs, it might be considered a double or triple broad. For American and European nib enthusiasts, we dipped it and it looks mostly like a regular broad nib. Regardless, aside from a scuff on the pocket clip, this pen looks like new. It also comes complete with its original boxes and converter. 13.6cm capped.
