Pre-Owned Pens: 1672: Cartier: Pasha de Cartier
Cartier set its craftsman to work on this luxurious Pasha de Cartier in 1987. We know because this preowned luxury pen was dated and numbered on the clip band, well ahead of Mont Blanc numbering system in the 1990s. This Cartier fountain pen features the jeweler's specialized lacquer for the black barrel of the pen. The cap and section are gold plated. The pen does not come with its converter, but it can use standard international cartridges. The 18k gold nib writes a nice fine-medium line that is smooth but sings a little as it writes. The preowned luxury pen comes with its exquisite double-doored, leather-wrapped box and papers. The cap and barrel both have some light wear from use. 14.1cm capped.

Pre-Owned Pens: 1676: Faber Castell: Graf von Faber-Castell
Does one ever get tired of German craftsmanship and engineering? A Graf von Faber-Castell fountain pen is one of many high-ranking achievements in Germany's contribution to the world of writing instruments. This model is made of "Ebenholtz" (ebony wood) and sterling silver-plated trim. This preowned pen comes with its original box, papers and converter. The two-tone 18k nib writes a smooth medium line. The barrel and end cap of the pen are impeccable. The section has some scratches and nicks in the silver. The front of the cap is nice, but there is a fair amount of wear on the back of the cap: lots of scratching while it was riding in a pocket or bag. Still, to most people it will present as a beautiful pen in your hand that writes very well. 13.6cm capped.
Pre-Owned Pens: 1615 Waterman Edson
Filling Mechanism: Ballpoint
Era: 1980-present
Price: $320.00  Was: $399.99
Pre-Owned Pens: 1615: Waterman: Edson
It is difficult not to love these large, elegant, handsome Waterman Edson ballpoint pens. This blue Edson with golden trim is stunning. It has a little wear here and there but it is in good working order and looks great. The weight of these pens really helps to stabilize the ballpoint refill and give it a little momentum as it writes. However, it isn't so heavy that it wears you out as soon as you start writing. Ours comes with its blue leather case that is starting to crack and crumble on the outside, its white outer box, papers and slip cover box! 14.6cm.

Price: $320.00  Was: $399.99
Pre-Owned Pens: 1614: Waterman: Edson
This ruby Waterman Edson ballpoint runs a gorgeous deep blood red. No dents! No cracks! It is in great working condition and comes with its crackling blue leather case, it's white cardboard box with papers and its thinner slip case box! There are no scratches on the incredible ruby-red finish, but the metal components do have lots of tiny little micro scratches. It isn't noticeable until it is right in front of your face, but they are there. You really can't see them at arm's length. The refill is in good working order, but we have no idea how much ink remains. 14.6cm.
Pre-Owned Pens: 1613 Waterman Edson
Filling Mechanism: Ballpoint
Era: 1980-present
Price: $320.00  Was: $399.99
Pre-Owned Pens: 1613: Waterman: Edson
One of the top pens of the modern Waterman line is the Waterman Edson. This green ballpoint is a rarer color version. It is in good working order, with a working refill. It comes complete with its aging blue-leather case, papers, outer white box and that box's slip cover box! We tried to capture it in the photo but there is a two very thin scratches near the cap but on the green finish. No one will notice them at arm's length, but the pen isn't quite mint. You can also see a little wear on either side of the cap next to the clip. It is feint but still there. Finally, there is a small dimple dent about a quarter-inch from the top of the cap to the right of the clip. We almost missed it. Still it remains a beautiful pen for use or display! 14.6cm
Pre-Owned Pens: 1650 Waterman LeMan 100 Briarwood
Filling Mechanism: Cartridge/Converter
Era: 1980-present
Price: $299.99
Pre-Owned Pens: 1650: Waterman: LeMan 100 Briarwood
Waterman LeMan pens are among some of the most popular in the Waterman line from the 1990s. We can't keep them in stock. The rich features swirling through the natural Briarwood shell of the cap and barrel are a joy to gaze upon. There is some ink staining on the section, but the rest of the cap and barrel are free of scratches, cracks and stains. Coming complete with its original box, papers and converter, this preowned pen is the complete package. The two-tone 18k gold nib writes a smooth fine line very nicely. The clip is on tightly, but the top piece spins. The larger ring on the tail also is loose, but it can't go anywhere because the bottom ring has it trapped. 14.2cm capped.

Pre-Owned Pens: 1638: Visconti: Moonlight Vermeil Voyager
Enjoy the elegance and perfection of the Visconti Moonlight Vermeil Voyager limited edition fountain pen. The pen was likely used once and then stored away until it found us. There isn't a mark on the gold-plated sterling silver. It has beautiful chasing on both the preowned fountain pen and traveling ink pot. The pen fills with a very smooth internal piston that you screw and unscrew to fill, like a Pelikan or Mont Blanc. The pen's 14k gold nib is a rarer broad nib that writes a juicy wet line! Great for signing ceremonies, daily use or just showing off. The set comes in its original box with papers. It also includes a still working eyedropper to fill the traveling ink pot. 14cm capped.

Filling Mechanism: Cartridge/Converter
Era: 1980-present
Price: $1,199.99  Was: $1,499.99
Pre-Owned Pens: 1634: Parker: Snakes
One of the rarest pens treasured by vintage pen collectors is the 1906 Parker Snakes. This 1997 reproduction limited edition by Parker is equally incredible. The serpentine design of sterling silver is accentuated by brilliant emerald green eyes on the snakes. It uses a cartridge or converter, but its original owner states it has never been used. The pen is in mint condition, complete with its papers, mint-condition black leather box in the photo, an outer cloth-covered box with a few traces of wear and that box's rather beat-up flimsy cardboard box covering. A rare jewel for your pen collection!
